How VIP levels are earned through Ledger activity and what each tier unlocks across Atlas Labs products.
VIP Progression
VIP levels are earned through real activity in the platform, not through a purchase. Every meaningful action you take — connecting a wallet, importing transactions, hitting a portfolio milestone, sticking around for a year — accumulates points against your account, and those points accumulate permanently. There's no decay, no reset, and no path where doing more in Ledger leaves you worse off.
The economy is designed to feel earned rather than gamified. The actions that score points are the same actions a serious user would take regardless of the VIP system; the points just happen to fall out of using the product properly. This page lays out the scoring table, the level thresholds, and what each level unlocks across Ledger and the wider Atlas Labs platform.
How levels are earned#
Each of the activities below contributes points to your account total. Points are added once per qualifying event — connecting a second wallet doesn't add another 10, but importing a fresh batch of transactions every month does add 20 each time. Combinations of activities compound, so a long-term user who connects a few exchanges and refers a colleague will move through the levels comfortably.
Activity | Points |
|---|---|
Connect a wallet | 10 |
Import transactions (CSV) | 20 |
Connect exchange API | 50 |
Portfolio value > $10k | 25 |
Portfolio value > $100k | 75 |
Refer a user | 30 |
Account age > 30 days | 15 |
Account age > 1 year | 40 |
Points accumulate permanently — they are never reduced or reset.
Level thresholds#
The thresholds below define the level boundaries. Crossing one is a one-time event: you reach VIP 2 the moment your point total clears 150, and you stay there or higher forever after.
Level | Points required | Label |
|---|---|---|
0 | 0 | Free |
1 | 50 | Explorer |
2 | 150 | Analyst |
3 | 400 | Pro |
4 | 1,000 | Elite |

Every level you earn in Ledger applies to every other Atlas Labs product. A VIP 2 user who has never opened the Atlas Labs Docs platform still gets the VIP-gated documentation the moment they sign in there — the level lives on the user account, not on any one product.
